The 2024 AMA Arenacross series wrapped up last March 29th at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. Where Kyle Peters rode the Phoenix Racing Honda CRF250R to his fifth-consecutive title. The achievement ties a record held by past Arenacross greats Dennis Hawthorne and Buddy Antunez, who won their last crowns in 1990 and 2001, respectively.
Each of the Greensboro, North Carolina, native's crowns has come in different ways. He dominated the 2023 championship, clinching it with two rounds remaining. Conversely, last season was hard-fought since the 2023-2024 opener in Boise, Idaho. Peters faced adversity including crashes, run-ins with other riders, an injured thumb, and severe anxiety from self-imposed pressure to win. In addition, title-rival Ryan Breece opted to compete aboard a 450cc machine, a decision (allowed by the rules) that turned out to be an advantage given that several of the tour stops were held at elevation. In the end, Peters still managed to take his fifth crown, with just a five-point margin.
For the upcoming season you can expect next level AX carnage with the latest addition of Mr Chaos himself, Vince Friese. Yes the man who will knock down his own Grandma for a win & few bucks. Brings his exciting style to the most perfect series on the planet. The ultimate bullring of Arenacross. Throw in Robbie Wageman, Kyle Bitterman, Austin Politelli, Izaiah Clark, Michael Weltin, Josh Varize & more and we have ourselves the very first FREE MXD360 2024 AMA Arenacross League.
Hire 4 riders with the $2M budget. Riders in red are HOT & if they score a top 10 finish in any of their races, they earn the 10 point bonus. - One 4 rider team. Your team will be scored for the FOUR main events over TWO nights of racing each weekend.
- All 4 of your riders must fit under the $2 million salary cap.
- You have until the beginning of the Friday night show to hire your team of 4 riders. Also, I will do my best to follow qualifying times & post an Ultimate Cheat Sheet on Fridays. Use this to confirm who is all racing & is turning the fastest laps, before putting the final touches on your 4 rider team. I will post the Ultimate Cheat Sheet here on the main page.
- The salary of a rider WILL CHANGE for each weekend. For example, rounds 1 & 2 in Reno will determine each rider's salary for rounds 3 & 4 in Boise. And so on until the February 28th Daytona Beach Finale.
- Simply click on the rider you want and their salary is automatically added, giving you the total and how much you have left to spend.
- You cannot hire riders two weekends in a row. Example, you hire Peters & Breece for rounds 1 & 2, you cannot select them again for Boise.
- All four of the AX mains over Friday & Saturday night will count towards your OA score each weekend. Except for the individual rounds of January 28th in Guthrie, OK & the February 28th Finale at Daytona Beach. There are a total of 7 weekends of action packed AMA Arenacross for the 2024-2025 season.
- Riders listed in Red are considered HOT riders. A HOT rider will receive a 10pt bonus if they finish inside the top 10. Example, an 8th place main event finish is worth 13pts, however if the rider is HOT, he will receive 23pts for that main event. Again, ALL of the 24 main events over the season are scored & will count towards your season total.
- Any ties in the game will be broken by the main event of the weekend. The team manager with the highest second Saturday night main event score will break the time & win. If still tied, it will fall back to the highest scoring rider.
